Ever come across a broken swing in your kid’s playground? Or a mattress blocking a footpath? What about a less-than-hygienic, much-needed public toilet on a road trip? It’s hard to know who to call to get things fixed. Or even when you do know, it’s easy to put it in the ‘I’ll do it later’ pile.
Enter Snap Send Solve, the app helping make shared spaces safe, clean and great to be in. Snap Send Solves makes it easy to notify the right people (like councils for example) about issues that need a little attention. Right there on the spot. And then makes it even easier for the Solvers to get right down to solving.

Rallying Snappers and Solvers
With a passionate user base (they call them Snappers) and a stronghold on the market in Australia and New Zealand, Snap Send Solve saw an opportunity to expand, both in clientele and location. The challenge Snap Send Solve set us was to create a brand that instantly signifies to Snappers and Solvers that Snap Send Solve is the first (and crucial) step in solving all types of problems. And one that brings Snappers and Solvers together, rather than pitting them against each other.
Helping hands make communities grow
Meet Scout, Snap Send Solve’s hand(y) mascot. Illustrated both snapping and solving issues, Scout guides users through the Snap Send Solve app and web experience and seamlessly elevates Snapper-generated photography for greater brand attribution. More simplified pictogram versions of Scout are used across the brand in small-scale applications and in the app or for things like bullet points.
Dual brand system
Reflecting our updated positioning statement ‘Powering smart connections that help you improve your world’ the new brand system flexes for Snappers and Solvers. In the app, this means Snappers experience the Snapper Blue colour palette, while Solvers experience Solver Orange. This translates to printed collateral, comms and the website. It’s this dual system that inherently empowers users to improve their world in the ways they can.
