How do you change the way a whole country drinks tequila? By 2020, clear spirits were Australia's fastest-growing alcohol category, led by vodka and gin. Sesión — a sipping tequila crafted by Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall — needed a brand that didn't just look premium, but actively shifted behaviour: from the last drink of the night to the first.
